Monuments and Fundraisers for Universities and Non-profits
A model has been created, based upon a recent commission from a major US university, that allows universities to commission world-class bronze monuments for their sports stadiums, arenas or campuses. The sales of smaller reproductions to alumni, students, fans and corporate supporters also serve as fundraisers that not only pay for the monuments, but generate additional profits for their schools’ scholarship or development funds. This model has applications for a variety of non-profits, which are looking to create a permanent symbol for their organizations and to raise funds through the sales of reproductions to members and supporting sponsors. Discussions are also being held with a number of professional sports franchises for monuments at their venues with reproduction sales to fans and corporate sponsors.
